Membership terms

Brandstudioz is a private members' studio operated by Brandstudioz BV. Membership is by invitation, sponsored by an existing member or by the studio desk, and may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms.

Each member is responsible for the security of their invitation code and any device that holds an active session. Codes are personal and must not be shared.

• No scraping, indexing or republishing of member content outside the gate.
• No screenshots, recordings or copies of member rosters or briefs without written consent.
• No use of the platform for any work that breaches Dutch or EU law.

Brand seats are billed quarterly. Invoices are issued from a Dutch entity in EUR, including 21% VAT where applicable. Creator seats are revenue-share only with no fixed fee.

All briefs and deliveries remain the property of the parties to the brief. Brandstudioz BV holds no rights over member content beyond what is needed to run the platform.

Either party may end membership with thirty days' notice. We delete your tenant within 90 days of termination, except where law requires longer retention.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the incident. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts.
