From a Slack to issue 014.

    A closed Slack channel

    Three DTC founders, four creators, one Notion. Nothing more.

  2. 2022
    First sponsored intake

    Twelve members joined by referral. The first match desk shift was a single Saturday.

  3. 2023
    The members' area opens

    We retire the Notion. Briefs and deliveries move behind a gate.

  4. 2024
    Quarterly cadence

    We move from rolling to four fixed intakes a year. Wait list overflows by 4×.

  5. 2025
    EU-only stack

    Migrate everything to Hetzner Frankfurt. ISO 27001 readiness begins.

  6. 2026
    Issue 014

    240 active members, 42 creators on the roster, ~1,820 deliveries shipped.
